“I first started coming here in 2012 when I need an affordable workout to help me recover from an injury. It was great then by now it’s 2023 and the studio has only gotten better. The owners care so much about details and it shows. I love how clean everything is, how well organized, the order and thought that goes into everything. Classes never expire. It’s such good vibes and everyone is friendly and welcoming to all levels of fitness, age and body shape. I feel very safe and welcomed here. Highly recommend!”

“My wife and I recently renovated our house and we were in need of a few light fixtures to complete our project. We decided to visit capital lighting in East Hanover to review some of the styles and types of lights we needed. We were quickly helped by Sherry D. who was very helpful. She listened to what we were looking for as we had a style in mind and quickly pointed us in the right direction. During our visit the store was very busy and Sherry was pulled in multiple directions but remained greatly attentive and helpful during our time there.
