We touched base and scheduled a sea trial for Friday evening. We arrived at the marina and he had the boat sitting at the dock, clean and ready to go. He was very professional and genuinely cared about our thoughts and any questions we had. We bought the boat and enjoyed it on Travis the next day. He totally made our experience the best. We had quail for an appetizer, wine, lamb, and duck. It was a fun and very enjoyable evening. Great for a time to celebrate, events, or dinner for two. “My family and I rent here often. Yes, there have been times that a requested vehicle has not been available, but they always make a concession for us and take care of us. Recently, I called ahead and not only received wonderful customer service, but they ensured that the vehicle we requested would be ready on the day we arrived. In the past, I’ve had to drive to either the 620 North location…or all the way to the airport. So, having this location close to home is great. They’ve also stood by their old motto and picked me up and dropped me off both before and after renting. Great customer service and I’m glad this location is there!”
