Employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They helped me pick a phone and plan to fit my needs without pushing me to spend more!

I've been a metro pcs customer for the last couple of years. In that time, I've dealt with this location multiple times. The employees are very helpful and do a good job of staying on top of what each device is capable of.

Metro PCS sells and supports both Android and Apple devices. Nationwide coverage is officially part of Metro PCS, but YMMV in more rural areas.

I was very happy with the friendly staff and selection of phones....I had been with metro pics in Dallas and was sad when they weren't here in austin.... I now I'm back with them again!!! They're always patient and helpful when I have questions... I have found BETTER reception with metro than other leading competitors!!!! they are AWESOME in every way... I love my galaxy smartphone!
