James at the Southpark Meadows location went above and beyond! He was so patient, not pushy, and made sure we got what we truly wanted. That man deserves a raise! Will definitely go back to him for all my sleep number needs. Go check them out and see him! Thanks James ☺️

This was our first time inside a Sleep Number store and we couldn’t have been happier! The whole staff was so accommodating and informative. It’s very intimidating shopping for a new bed and my sales person made me feel comfortable in making a decision. The product is fantastic too!

This was one of the best retail experiences I have had in a while. The store was busy when I arrived but the manager Michael kept coming by to make sure I didn't need anything and to let me know he would be with me as soon as he could. Once it was my turn, he was knowledgeable, patient and made sure to be thorough with all of his explanations on all of my options. I never felt pressured or rushed to pick anything that I didn't want. We got the perfect mattress and accessories. Upon arrival of our mattress, the store called to check on how everything was as well as update us on the items that were being mailed. And they were just as responsive and understanding when I called back with additional questions. Thank you for making this such an easy experience.

Great experience. Mike the manager was super helpful and the store was clean and nice. Very comfortable the whole time. They answered all questions and Mike was super helpful about different pricing options and cheaper alternatives for the different mattress types.

Got set up with a great mattress and there was no pressure to go for the highest end mattress. Mike made sure we picked the mattress we liked that worked best for us.
