I think made her feel a better because it was hard to be in isolation and to not see a familiar face. The other thing is the cleanliness of the place, and the way they kept her clean and changed clothes on her. Especially the doctor that came in an took care of her, even the small needs. High attention to those spontaneous little problems that came up. Whenever there was a problem, they were on it immediately.”
