Deanna is extremely knowledgeable about the buying process and the Austin area. Beyond providing me with a GREAT buying process guide from RA, she took the time to crunch the numbers, dig into the data and present it all to me with context so I felt informed and confident in my decisions. Deanna was highly attentive— checking in with me and making herself easily accessible and available to answer any and all questions I had. She was also always able and willing to provide me with helpful resources and recommendations. I am grateful to have had Deanna help me find and buy the perfect property for me— it was as a great, smooth and painless experience.
Deanna is such a gem— she really cares about her clients and gives us the personalized attention the property buying process requires. I’m looking forward to working with her again in the future! 10/10 would recommend working with her!!
(May 16, 2020, 8:28 pm)We (my wife and I) had a great experience working with David Sears on Tana Campbell's team. Upfront Tana and David let us know what to expect in the competitive Austin market. David helped us find the our new house! He was always quick to respond our viewing request and accommodating to our schedules. He is knows the Austin market. There was a weekend that David was on vacation and Tana was able to meet with us and really appreciated that they worked as a team. The RE team also help us navigate through the closing process, was there every step of the way and even helped us find a mortgage company who also was great, side shout out to Service First!
(April 30, 2020, 12:39 am)Wow! I've bought and sold single family homes since 1999 and I can honestly say Ami Davis at Realty Austin is the best I've worked with. I sold my Austin home in April, 2020 with her.
I don't think my property would have sold as much as it did without her expertise. As a seller's agent, she has a remarkable sense for the market - what buyers want/notice about residential properties and how to make small changes to the property that would greatly increase its appeal.
What I like most about her is that she is there for you - from putting together accurate comps, listing your property, working through contingencies, and overseeing the details of the closing. She was so pleasant to work with and was always available to answer my questions.
If you can have her represent you in selling your property, do it. It's the best way to get the maximum for your property, working with someone who is incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and a pleasure to work with!

(April 11, 2020, 2:30 pm)We were blessed with our introduction to Sara Warner of Realty Austin. My wife's remaining parent was well into that age where she could no longer care for her home of many years. The lady and friend who used to live next door recommended Sara and she was a delight from the very start.
Since my wife and I live in Dallas, I was having to drive to Austin every week to prepare the house for sale. Sara guided us every step of the way, provided prospective companies to help with that preparation and most importantly, provided a prospective buyer that liked the neighborhood and the house. We never had to go to market as the quality of the buyer she introduced breezed through the negotiation process and qualifying in a fashion that made EVERYONE happy.
Honestly, for me anyway, things were going so smoothly, I began to get nervous. Events like this are simply not designed to go so easily. Well, they did. Realty Austin handled both sides of the realty transaction (seller and buyer), the title company they recommended was flawless, the buyer is happy and my mother-in-law should have sufficient reserves for her remaining time. The person and company I have to thank for that is Sara Warner and Realty Austin. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
(November 27, 2019, 2:30 pm)Susie Lee from Austin Realty was such pivotal person in helping my fiancé and I buy our first home. At the beginning of our process, we weren't really sure exactly what we wanted in our first home but we came in with many ideas. Throughout the process, Susie was really patient with us and really paid attention to how we reacted to each home we saw. She gave us very realistic expectations of how each home would impact our daily lives, especially when we went overboard with remodeling projects when we felt an emotional connection to a home. Her energy was amazing and she always brought in that critical eye that we just did not have. We started off with the older homes and then jumped to new builds. In the end, we landed somewhere in the middle and got exactly what we had been looking for. Before we even put an offer on a house, she laid out our options for putting the best offer and was sure to tell us when she thought a house was overpriced. When we went under contract, she practically coached us on negotiating strategies that would get us the best deal. She really has your best interest in mind at all times and we could not have done it without her! We highly, HIGHLY recommend her as a realtor for either buying or selling a home, and we will continue to work with her in the future.
