I started working with Dr. Karla to address issues stemming from inflammation and to improve my vagal nerve tone. Both of these have caused me a multitude of issues in the past years that I had sought help for but never found a solution. Dr. Karla thoroughly assessed the root of the problems and because of her I have felt better than I have in so long. I also feel more in tune with my body and that I have the knowledge to take care of myself in a way for my body to work optimally. I could never thank her enough and appreciate her attention to detail and the genuine care she provides.

Dr Karla has changed my life. I had debilitating migraines many times a month when I went to see her the 1st time, and with her approach and treatment, we are working on targeting the cause and correcting them. We are three months in treatment I feel so much better and the migraines decreased 80% already. I have also an auto-immune condition that we are treating too and I have seen improvements already in the few moths we are working together. She teaches us the path and leads us to stay on track on the recovery journey. I'm very thankful. And now I'm taking both of my teenager sons for her to help too.

My experience with Dr. Karla is been great. I never found any doctor with such deep understanding of medicine in such different levels as she has. The first two sessions were mostly spent doing different kinds of tests and looking into the results of my blood work and X-rays of my spine.
With all the information in place, she prepared a 6-week program to help me get better in several different aspects that I was unbalanced.

I've been dealing with anxiety and sleep problems for years and truth is that while working with Dr. Karla, I've been over 2 months sleeping very well without the help of hydroxizine pills that I'd been taking for the last few months.

I've been doing gut detox and that altered my sleep a little bit again, but my anxiety levels are still on the lowest they've been.

I absolutely love Take Root! I was looking for an alternative method of treatment for healing my body, outside of surgery and prescriptions, as I have had my fair share.
