K&M Steam Cleaning

Carpets look great but seemed a little wet at the end of the day. Emailed K&M, and received an immediate response from Ken himself. He drove out the following day to inspect the carpets. Most of the moisture had dissipated after running fans all night, but he left 3 high power blowers to unsure the carpets are completely dry. Ken also offered to come back to touch up a couple heavy traffic areas for us. I'm thrilled with Ken's responsiveness and the level of Customer Service both he and his crew provided. Definitely recommend K&M if you're looking for a professional, reliable, and responsive company that wants to ensure you are satisfied. We are very happy customers!

K & M did a great job for the carpet repair from cat damage on my stairs. My whole house carpeting was thoroughly cleaned and looks great. Ask for Ray's team...they are excellent. Thanks for the special assistance from Lillian and Nicole and God Bless Ken and his family.

Used K & M to clean carpet in three rooms and tile in two bathrooms and kitchen. They arrived on time and the two service guys were very professional. I showed them several spots on the carpet that were worse than other areas and they got the spots out very well. They also did a great job on the tile and grout, and afterwards our bathroom grout looked new again. After leaving and the carpet dried I noticed in two areas of our carpet in two bedrooms, that get the most traveled, there was a little grayness in the carpet, which seems like should have come out. After noticing this I contacted K & M and told Lillian about the areas. She set up a time with me later in the same week and two service guys came out and worked on the areas at no charge. The areas came out great and I could not be happier with the quality of service, professionalism, and helpfulness. Great Job!!

I reached out to K&M yesterday after reading reviews of some different companies. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions. They were able to come out the very next day. The guys were very friendly and professional, listened to what I was needing and finished within an hour. We got an area rug, sectional couch, and tile floors cleaned and they all look amazing! Best part was it cost less than I had budgeted. Will definitely use them for any future needs.
