  Where to start... :)
  Well, if you are researching and trying to find someone you should talk to for whatever reason it may be, I strongly encourage you to stop searching. Seriously, stop and relax a second because you found the guy. Here are a few aspects of James Ochoa that come to mind -
  
  1. James isn't normal - in the best of all ways. It's not only because "he's been there, done that", it's because he will go there with you (wherever that may be).
  2. James won't judte you, ever. Many people claim they don't judge but I'm reality, they are simply judging machines. Could you even imagine speaking with a person who won't judge you? It's incredible because it means you can be 100% honest. Which is an aspect of life that some people don't ever get to experience in full when interacting with others.
  3. James knows more than you think. Even if you think he knows a lot - he knows more than that. Trust me.
  4. James has an awesome brain. Picture a brain with scientific knowledge, deeply rooted spirituality, energy feeling, butterfly loving and the constant urge to learn and share - now combine all that with the ability to fully understand human beings in multiple dimensions at both the micro and macro level.
  
  I've been meeting with James for over two years now. Life went from a musky grey overlayed with an unfortunate shade of brown to a bright splatter painting with all the vibrant colors you imagine - with a big smiley face in the middle.

  A very real possibility, had I not met James, would be losing all hope. ADHD is no picnic, especially when you’re trying to fit into the “normal” world. James Ochoa comes at treatment from a different place—one in which my crazy, imaginative self might just be okay. He is supportive, creative, funny, optimistic and open minded.   Working with James since my adult diagnosis of adhd at 41 years old has changed my life. Through his coaching and modern therapy methods, I've been able to increase productivity, deepen relationships, and gain a better understanding of what works best for me.   I feel James Ochoa deserves a 5 rating for the empowerment he gave me. The counseling sessions were always full of learning about myself. He gave me homework to do after every session and I would follow his instructions. I would report in the following week to explain to him my accomplishment. If I could tell him anything it would be "THANK YOU" James Ochoa for all you have done for me."
