This may be just my taste - by adding warmth - a calm, older gentle person to talk about implants or other procedure - some plants, warm paintings - patient education on their website re' their services and style. John, one of the dental assistants came and sat down beside me in the waiting area. Can not say fully how much it means to a fearful new patient to be put at ease and laugh. I bet it leads to cooperation even when in pain, and especially a better outcome.”

“Dr Chen and his staff are great. I feel likes it is very hard to find trustworthy dentist. I used to travel from Slaughter to see Dr Snow up near Medical Parkway since I loved him, but when he retired I needed to find a new dentist. I am so happy I found Dr Chen since he's such a great dentist. I have had horrible experiences with a lot of dentist in Austin that recommend treatments that are unnecessary just to make a buck. Dr Chen is far from this. Highly recommend him!”
