“I've been going to them since I was a child so I know how great they were already but today was the icing on the cake my son had been seeing a different eye doctor for 2 years (per his insurance) but for some reason today they wouldn't see him because he needed a referral I thought it was a mistake insurance hasn't changed for him in years. So TSO was right down the street they were able to run his insurance and even called them on speaker just so I could hear the insurance lady say we didn't need a referral at all he was good to go for an eye exam if we wanted him to be seen RIGHT THEN AND THERE it was amazing... maybe it was a slow day I don't know but they made this mama bear very happy :)”

“I have tried to go to therapy 2 other times in my life and group therapy none of which was great or helpful at all. Turns out 3rd time is the charm! I chose an 8 am time slot not even thinking about traffic on 35, and called minutes before and the staff was so friendly and accomodating knowing I'm knew and gave me a generous grace period to keep my appointment. They were very welcoming and friendly, I felt immediately welcome. For the session: I can tell right away Terry Cook is highly experienced. I only have had one session and already he managed to get in my head and that is not an easy task!!!! It turned me around so much towards therapy that I posted on my social media, messaged my family who has been struggling to do therapy like me, and now here to share with everyone I know that great therapy is out there and it is here! My healing journey is beginning an excited to go to my next session. Also P.S. Terry is funny at the right times [which is amazing because I can't handle so much seriousness!] I am not sure about the other posters but I definitely will be telling others that seek help from someone who is there to solve things at the root cause.”
