“Simpler Moving and Packing really saved the day! I could not recommend them enough; choosing a moving company that is local instead of using the “big box” really pays off!!! Bellhops Movers no showed on us and refused to take any responsibility — our pipes burst, house flooded so we were on a tight schedule, really in a bind. So happy someone recommended Simpler Moving! I spoke with Layne and even though they had a fully booked week he was determined to fit us in next day; he really empathized with our situation. He sent a team of four in the late afternoon and they knocked the job out super quickly and professionally. Before starting we walked through the house and the guys noted what was going/staying + any other specifications. The foreman was in constant communication making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and all the guys were incredibly nice and friendly. “this location is easily located right off of i-95 North. The parking lots are well-lit and there was plenty of parking available. The rooms were very clean and up-to-date. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good. Would recommend this as an easy off-ramp hotel that has quality and that is not shady. Prices were very reasonable. They are conveniently located to fast food establishments such as Wendy's Arby's and McDonald's”

“Excellent help from service rep Jackie helped to overcome a curious organizational issue. Apparently “appointment” means the time at which the customer is expected to drop off their car. From the customer’s perspective appointment means the time at which the service provider is obliged to begin the servicing of the car. I would suggest Maxwell Ford try looking at issues more from the customer’s perspective. And give Jackie a raise. She was excellent at working out a prompt start and finish of the work on my truck.”

“I'm really impressed by the service at this place actually. Everyone there seems down to earth and polite. U-haul is kind of a weird place that seems to hire a lot of weird people but they company has actually always been super flexible with whatever I needed - when I needed a truck for an extra day, I just kept it, same rate as before with no extra fees or anything. They called me because they expected it back, and when I said I was keeping it an extra day, they had no problem. When I accidentally took a toll road, they billed me for the toll like a month later, with a (I think pretty reasonable) $1 convenience fee. So I'm impressed.”

“First, the people here are so great. Really friendly and so accommodating. I had an inside unit here for several years, moved everything to a house, then moved everything plus some back here where it will stay for another several years. We now have an inside and outside unit. Both are very clean, no bugs or rodents. They have great pest control. I see a random spider but even those are very rare. The inside units are well controlled. I have some wood antique furniture that are humidity and temperature sensitive and they were exactly as I left them 5 years later.”
