“Isabella is the most accommodating and patient pharmacist I've ran into in a while. I forgot my dog's meds in Houston, my husband called her store and luckily she confirmed that her store carried the medication. She was able to answer the vet's order, fill our dog's medication, checkout other customers and complete other tasks concurrently. Keep in mind she did all of this a couple minutes before closing time. I highly recommend this CVS for anyone that wants a professional and friendly pharmacist.”

“One of the smoothest automated experiences I've ever had! I was a bit sceptical this would work without someone around to manage the process but the guided instructions and flow were simple. I had two old iPhones I just wanted to responsibly recycle (an iPhone 4 that has never turned on that I found on my lawn once and my very shattered iPhone 6 that wouldn't turn on anymore). To my surprise I actually got $15 for the cracked iPhone 6! To find this ATM, it's on the second floor near JCPenney. It's recommended that your phone can be turned on and is charged (and wiped memory) before using this. However, mine were not and it worked just fine.”

“The service at Lamb’s is exceptional. I can always trust they will be honest and do a repair that I have grown to know they will do right. Recently I had tires replaced on my vehicle, and since coronavirus is rampant right now I was very uncomfortable in getting the work done. They require masks, did social distancing, the service technicians all wore gloves, and they placed a chair in the shade outside for me to sit!!! Very customer service oriented and they do a great job!!!! I highly recommend the Lamb’s on Far West. It is always busy but worth the wait!”

“We hired Petrich Painting and Remodeling to help us finish restaining our kitchen cabinets, stairwell, and office door. The first contractor we hired to do the job told us they knew how to stain much to our surprise they did not know what they were doing and damaged our kitchen cabinets and stairwell with over sanding and did not know to apply the stain correctly. Ryan reviewed the job and confidently told us what needed to be done. He gave us a sample of the stain applied on one of kitchen cabinets doors for our review. I knew then Ryan was the person to do the job! Ryan was knowledgeable and professional with his work. His crew was hard working, respectful and courteous. Thank God, we found Ryan our kitchen cabinets and stairwell came out absolutely beautiful! He also stained our indoor front door and I was blown away by Ryan's touch with the brush. Thanks Ryan for a great job! He saved our kitchen from disastrous outcome!”

“I think I may have had the best experience of my life at this furniture store. My daughter was in the hospital for 19 days. They released her because her insurance wouldn't pay anymore. She should have gone to a physical therapy rehab center, but again, insurance wouldn't pay for it. She couldn't walk, sit up by herself or anything else. I flew her son in from several states way for the weekend to help me take care of her. He was leaving Tuesday evening June 23. I went to every furniture store in Austin to find a lift chair. Found one in every store. But not one of these stores would sell me one on that day. Rooms to Go, Lazy Boy, Ashley Furniture. Same story Oh, we can't do that it takes two weeks for delivery. I pleaded my story with each one of those stores and not one would help me out. I was sitting in the parking lot on my phone searching for "Furniture stores near me" when I found Mega Furniture. Didn't have a clue where it was and lucky for me I was almost on top of it. Now keep in mind I'm not in a good mood at this point. I've been running back and forth to the hospital for days, my daughter is terribly ill, I've tried four places already. I walk in the door and I'm met by Roxy, the sales girl. I tell her what I need (I'm sure I probably wasn't very nice about it) and I get the same speech from her, can't do it, takes two weeks, I go off in a rant as I'm stomping out of the store. Roxy, literally chases me out the door, wait, wait.I said no need to wait if you aren't going to sell me a chair TODAY. She says let's go talk to my manager. I go with her to meet Julia, the manager. I LOVE Julia. Not only did Julia sell me a lift chair, but she made a few calls and found someone to deliver it for me. I had to stop at the pharmacy before I went home and they delivered the chair before I even got home. The chair is awesome, Roxy is awesome, Julia is awesome and Victor the delivery driver was Austin. I'm telling you they have my business and loyalty for a long time. They went above and beyond for me.”
