It’s very obvious when meeting Mark for the first time, he sincerely enjoys helping people. His knowledge proves in fallible when it comes to self-care. He is definitely worth the wait when I go at his busiest times. If I’m running short on time, I call ahead or go when I know he’s not too busy.
