He told me about material upgrades like wider drip edge, ridge vent, better shingles, and his recommendations. His bid was much more reasonable than other companies. I said I thought the old roof needed a tear off and he nodded, and said the material step-ups and the ridge vent. He said he would throw it all in free, same price. The crew got working early on the tear off early and occasionally they would all laugh about a comment. They quietly took rest breaks together. Before noon they were about 70% done. The whole time, Sergio, the boss, was up there doing the same work, and smiling. It should be like this! I highly recommend JV roofing LLC.”
