Dr. Dharamsi's bedside manner immediately put my son at ease. He did an excellent job of preparing us for what to expect after my son's tonsillectomy. He was also very thorough during our premature post-op appointment when I thought my son may be having a complication after surgery. He took the time to do a full physical evaluation and thoroughly explained why my son was presenting the way he was. He assured us everything was within the normal range of healing and no further treatment was necessary.

Victor, Dr. Dharamsi's nurse, fielded numerous calls (one of them was after hours on a Sunday evening) one week after surgery when my son's neck was swollen & painful and he had a low-grade temperature. Victor was attentive and kind, while handling the situation appropriately. He squeezed us in the very next day and told us exactly what to do until then to make my son more comfortable and also what indicators to keep an eye out for that would warrant a call back.

It would have been easy for Victor and Dr. Dharamsi to simply assume Owen had an infection and prescribe antibiotics over the phone when I first called in. I can't tell you how much we appreciate the time and effort taken to properly evaluate Owen and spare him unnecessary treatment. This kind of thorough medical care has unfortunately been fading away and I feel very fortunate to have found your practice.

Lastly, I'd like to highlight Cassie, your surgery coordinator. Navigating health insurance coverage is never easy or pleasant. Humana was giving me a hard time about needing a pre-authorization and not covering Dr. Dharamsi if we saw him at the Lakeway office. Cassie went the extra mile and got on the phone with me and Humana and was able to sort everything out while also providing me with documentation afterwards so I could rest assured everything would be covered.

Had a great experience with Dr. Dharamsi and the staff at C.O.. Originally we visited Dr. Dharamsi for a second opinion for my young son. He took time to confirm that our current doc was on the right track. This prompted me to visit him for my own sinus issues and ended up doing balloon sinuplasty. Amazing and a game changer for me!!! I can breath and now sleep normally. If it weren't for the 'Rona I would have hugged the guy on my post-op appointment.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. DHARAMSI was very thorough and took time to explain everything as well as a plan of action. I highly recommend this place.

The nurse, front staff and Dr. Wu are wonderful. I had impacted wax from diving and they cleared up my ear problem.
