“Excellent service, professional representatives, timely updates on status, they make us feel like VIP customers all the time. From the beginning, when we made our first phone call, to the time we took our vehicle in to be evaluated. The person that answered the phone and the representative/receptionist were excellent. We were introduced to Mike our coordinator. He was professional. We felt safe with everybody being careful about wearing masks. Mike said it depended on how long it takes to get the parts in and it might be as much as 10 days possibly more. It turned out that we got it back in five days. We were very pleased. we were updated every day by text and phone calls when needed. We called Mike directly a couple of times that week and he answered immediately and was responsive and again, professional. Our car looks brand new in the sections that were repaired. And the extra bonus is that they detailed our vehicle so that when we picked it up it was very nicely cleaned inside and washed outside as well. This time it was the caliber collision with Mike, on Menchaca Road. Previously, I had another vehicle that I took to the Caliber Collision on Ben White Boulevard. Both of these locations have been excellent experiences. Consistently high quality across the board.”

I have been using its services for about 3 or so years for someone who has its much experience with mechanical work and is versatile in foreign vehicles as well as domestic is hard to find. But nothing says job well done as much as not having to see him as often as taking my vehicles to a shade tree mechanic. Although he may not be the cheapest mechanic in town he definitely knows his stuff I have had him work on my Ford F 252001 model, My 2008 Volvo XC90 cama and my 2012 Chrysler minivan. Every one of these vehicles has been service by Martinez mechanic shop and he is not fail nor has his work, he stands behind what he does by continuing to do a good job I will keep using his services.”
