“Johnny did a great job repairing my 2006 CR-V -- he did the work quickly and it looks amazing. In so many ways, Johnny surpassed my expectations. I was so relieved when he said he'd work on my CR-V that the insurance company deemed to be totaled. I was distraught that I'd lose my dream car to some body damage, especially when mechanically everything was fine. Johnny worked with me to get my CR-V to his shop -- problems with the tow company AAA was contracting and my work schedule didn't make it easy to get my CR-V to his shop, but Johnny accommodated me and I was able to get my CR-V there outside of normal business hours which made my life a lot easier. He also communicated updates with me throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. And as I said, he got the work done quickly -- from dropping my CR-V off (after hours!) to the repairs being done only took a week. And once again, when my schedule made it difficult for me to pick up my CR-V, Johnny accommodated that! He brought my CR-V to me which, again, made my life so much easier. Only one headlight was damaged in the wreck that I was in, and instead of leaving the old, foggy, undamaged one and having mismatched headlights, he replaced both to match! They detailed the inside of my car, too, which is a small thing but so nice to have done on top of everything else they did. I was so happy to get my CR-V back, and for it to look as good as it did was the cherry on top. I'm a very happy customer, and recommend these guys to you if you're looking for some body work to get done. Like they say on their website, repairing body damage is like art. They made a masterpiece of my CR-V!”
