I have had several calls with her that went an hour or more that demonstrated how much care she takes in giving her customers all of the information and explaining the minutiae of insurance (not always a fun conversation!). Recently she got me some quotes for umbrella policies inside and outside Farmers and was very transparent. When I found a better rate, she remained positive and supportive even though she didn't get a commission. I know they are all beef, so I got the sweet & tangy burger-- with all the sauce and other toppings, I wasn’t overwhelmed by the meat, which happens for me on some of the plainer burgers. “PRIVATE KINDER PROGRAM WAS AMAZING!! We enrolled our son into the private kindergarten program during the start of COVID when we weren't sure if the public schools were going to be open full time. We were blown away! Ms. Lindsey was amazing during the whole school year! She along with the rest of the staff love and care so much about the kids and go above and beyond every single day. We cannot thank Kiddie Academy enough for starting the kinder program. The curriculum follows Texas state standards! The class was also smaller than your average kinder class so the kids received more one on one time with the teacher. Now our son is headed to first grade this year with more knowledge than we expected for his age. He can read and write! If you are looking for a Kinder program I HIGHLY recommend Kiddie Academy!!”

“I was referred months ago from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles to call this office for help. When I called the lady that answered the phone was very helpful. Gave me every possible circumstance to help me solve my title problem. After finally getting my problem solved on my end, I went to this office to talk in person to the lady that helped me. She really understood my situation and gave me all of the paperwork I needed to finish my task! Her name was Kimberly. Even tho they couldn't help in their office I was really happy that she was able to lead me in the right direction! I will be calling her and asking questions from now on because the other places that I called couldn't answer or they were very rude and didn't want to listen to all of my questions.”

“I like the staff, very personable. My experiences have been great, I'm terrified of the dentist but I felt comfortable and Dr Rhodes is awesome with a needle. He's quick and precise, the little nurse with the tattoos (I feel horrible I can't remember her name) is so sweet and made me feel better about being anxious. I do wish they had in office financing, my insurance sucks I'm just now building my credit back up after a few medical obstacles and replacing my now missing tooth is super expensive. I'll just have to save and not smile so big. Great staff, excellent service highly recommended.”
