The rep I spoke with was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions patiently. I was able to load everything when it was convenient for me which took some of the stress out of the process. “The facility itself is so nice, temperature and humidity controlled with extensive security implemented. I had a unit on the second floor and the products provided to allow for easy moves and large elevator made this move so easy! Vickie and Steve were absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable workers! They were so kind and helpful. I ran into a little problem moving in with my code but that was due to the system and Steve was soooo helpful in getting that resolved in a timely manner.”
