“I went to chuck out some jewelry on black Friday. There were 3 ladies working the department. 1 was helping a customer. The other 2 ladies sat and chatted for a while before 1 said she was leaving for break. The lady that was leaving for break decided to ask if I've been helped a we made sure contact as she passed me. She did help me with pricing and purchasing my earrings once I had her attention. 5 stars would be offering service once a customer shows interest in anything in the department. The customer can always say they don't need the assistance if that's the case. But offering assistance and chatting with coworkers instead can cause missed sale opportunities. I love my new 14k earrings though! 🙂”

“Restaurant was nice. The styling on patio looked Southwest Texas, with some classic country French thrown in. Take a look at the pictures. Lots of pastries and wine available, but we were good, and abstained at that time hahaha. I had a piece of hair under my napkin on a side plate, and on the table. It was not in my food so no problem. Loved the bathrooms! Well done.”

“First off, ordering tires online from Sam’s is a real pain and they need a better process. First time I ordered 4 tires and they never emailed me letting me know they arrived, I had to go to the store 2 weeks later to find out they are sitting on the rack. This time I ordered one tire and three weeks went by and never received an email, went to the store ready to argue with the tire and battery mgr and club mgr because after calling the store and them telling me to wait for the email and that they have no way of checking if the tire has arrived, then calling sams club online support who is telling me to call the store. Anyways, Juan at Sams Club made my day so much better. He was willing to check if the tire came in both in the tire and battery area as well as in the receiving area, after he confirmed it has not shownup. I really just needed a tire and any will do, he was super helpful in canceling the old order for the tire that has not arrived and finding any other Goodyear tire in stock. He took the initiative and put it on right away. I was in and out in 30 mins. Juan really changed the whole situation around. I didn’t have to argue with any mgrs or call customer service while at the store. I now have a drivable car again after three weeks. Thanks Juan! You saved the day!”

“This is truly the best vet I have ever seen! We have gone through a lot with them regarding our two dogs, and they are simply amazing here. They always take excellent care of our dogs. I find them to be very affordable too. We recently had to put down one of our older dogs, and whitstone animal hospital was so caring towards us. We have another dog who has several different health problems and they are always so helpful and kind. They truly care about animals. I really appreciate how they were able to get our dog in the schedule, even though they were very busy. They are simply the best.”
