“Our group was 6 people. 4 of our 6 riders were first timers. We rode in pairs and singles. We had 4 skis for 2hrs and everyone had plenty of time to drive and to ride. It was awesome. 20 minutes later we were on the water SAFELY flying up and down the river. The skis were nothing but fun, no problems or issues. Our Epic experience went just as planned. Amazingly, everyone was on time including the ski provider. Drop off and pick up was smooth and easy. We had a great day on the water and made plans for the next trip before we were even dried off. If you're not sure, DO IT!”

“Terrific customer service! My coffee was made with a genuine smile. With my request for cream, the offer of half and half was presented, and that was fine. My bacon, egg and cheese burrito is on a terrific tortilla! Thank goodness it's not out of a grocery store bag of thick flour tortillas that stick in your teeth. This tortilla is light with just the right chew. The burrito is also rolled perfectly tight. I got a muffin as well, but was disappointed to see is came out of a pre-made grocery container. Perhaps this lovely local shop could partner with a local bakery. Just a thought.”

Although the equipment came from Apria, it was Home Health that supplied it, and there was no record with Apria that my grandmother had services with them. I appreciate her reaching out and getting to the bottom of this. It won't bring my grandmother back, but if it helps the next person, I'm happy! This company is horrible.
