“Just went for the first time last week. Had friends that went quite a while ago that didn't recommend it, but decided to give it a try. Am Glad I did. They may have had a rocky start, but was pleasantly surprised by good and solid Tex Mex. The chips and salsa were quite nice, thin and light freshly fired tortilla chips, and a very flavorful salsa. Tried the basics with the Tres Amigo Plate, Crispy Taco, I Cheese and 1 Beef Enchilada, rice and beans. All delicious and what you would expect in a good TexMex establishment. Waitstaff very friendly, and could not be more attentive, and the owner(?) stopped by to see that we were happy. One of the naysayers was with us, and he commented that it was really good, and much better than his original encounter months ago. I know I'll be back.”

“Been stopping by here regularly for over a year. This little place is the best. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for my breakfast tacos, usually 5 when they aren't too busy. Their prices are fair, maybe even too low for how good the food is. Tacos are delicious and fresh. All three of their salsas have great flavor. The girls who work the window in the morning are all really friendly and quick too. 0 complaints.”

“Having a British mother and living in England for 3 years as a child I often had fish and chips (served with malt vinegar in a newspaper). I am constantly looking for authentic fish and chips and have never found anything comparable. I did a Google search for the best fish and chips in and around Austin and was constantly disappointed until discovering “The League”. My wife and I went there just to have a quick drink while waiting for a table at a redo across the parking lot (there was a 45 minute wait for our table) We tried the meatball appetizer which was fantastic! We decided to blow off the restaurant across the street and I ordered the fish and chips to go. Lonnie the bartender told me the fish and chips were the best and he was right. Unlike most places that give two small tasteless filets, they give you four large size fillets that were cooked perfectly. The chips (fries) were also great! We will definitely go back to get the fish and chips again and try other items on their menu. I HIGHLY recommend The League!!!”

I told them that it didn’t have to be a perfect fix, just to put the bumper on so it wasn’t hanging off the edge since I wasn’t wanting to spend too much money. He not only gave me a great price but fixed it perfectly and in a timely manner. He also did my car inspection at the same time for a better price than any other auto shop.”
