The entire process from the initial meeting to discuss the scope and show a few pics of what I liked to the pictures of a mock up were so seamless and easy. They were great at communicating each step. The best part is the 3D printed ring that I actually got to try on and make any tweaks to before the final design was signed off on. I’m so impressed with their ability to take a few ideas I had and create EXACTLY what I wanted. It’s absolutely stunning! Can’t wait to use them again for my next custom project!”

I put in my order via the app at 10am, I ask for my order to be delivered between 11:15 and 11:30 because my lunch is at 11:30, but most of the time my order is delivered at 11:00. Otherwise everything is great, but it's just a little annoying that they never deliver it in the time period I ask for it to be delivered.”

“We used them in 2009, as well as hired them to help unload my mom's moving truck that arrived from CA. They were so good that my (extremely, extremely picky) mom is hiring them again as she moves to a local retirement facility. Reasonably priced, very honest and hard working - they charge by the hour and were hesitant to even take a lunch break when we bought lunch during our 2009 all day move - and so willing to work with your schedule. Due to weather and a medical issue we had to delay my mom's move and they immediately changed the date by a week despite only 24 hours notice. Highly recommend!”

For the reviews saying this kind of cookie is available at the grocery level/anyone's mom can make it... what even. I love my mom but this is 20x better than any cookie I've ever eaten from here to NYC. The buttery goodness (without tasting like straight up butter) falls apart when you lift the first cookie from the box, and each cookie is always consistent in quality and taste. I just need them to make red velvet a permanent flavor and life would be complete.”

They came quickly, and let me know he was a tad behind because of traffic but honestly, still came in under 30 minutes for an evening call. A little expensive for what was done, and of course there wasn’t any discount for literally 30 seconds of work. But he was really nice about it I guess... $165, + some other fee. Turned into $215 “with tax”. I was just happy to get inside. He also asks for a review on the spot.”
