This is not arbitrary in the sense that I have dealt with so many doctors' offices and this is not always the case. Dr. Harper herself is warm, personable and knowledgeable. I was only there for one visit, but I trusted that she wants the best for her patients and that she has a thoughtful, caring and safe approach. I plan to go back for services at this office. “The owners are amazing, caring people. They go above and beyond expectations and truly care about your pet and you. I've taken two cats to Eternal Waters; both experiences were very easy and respectful. Their online form makes setting up the service easy, they are also quick to respond via text or phone to answer questions. With our first cat I was so distraught that I forgot to take a photo of his little toe beans before dropping him off. I texted the owners who immediately took a photo and made sure it was what I wanted. I'm sure if I had taken him anyway else, I wouldn't have gotten that keepsake. The paw print and fur/whiskey clippings they offer are so treasured to me. We have an altar set up for our passed ones - the jars, prints and boxes look wonderful and feel great. I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else and highly recommend them.”
