“We can't say enough positive things about everyone at this clinic. Our child sees Dr. Shepard, who did his ear tube surgery. The doctor is very professional, knowledgeable, and also friendly with my one year old son. The surgery also went very well. The nurse (or maybe NP), Katrina, is super sweet and helpful. When my child was upset she sang the Wheels on the Bus to him and helped him calm down. The audiologist is the same way - very friendly and nice to our child. I've had to call the office a few times for follow-up care stuff and I never feel like we are bothering them. They treat us like we are their only patients. We've also never had to wait a long time in the office, everyone has been super prompt. Importantly, in our experience when they've needed to ask the doctor a follow up question Katrina calls us back the same day, usually within a few hours. This hasn't been our experience with some other doctors elsewhere, so we are so grateful to have found a doctor and clinic staff that is so friendly and courteous and responsive to our needs. Also, for our first appointment we were able to get in within 10 days (which was faster than other ENT places I called). Knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt - I don't know what else you could ask from a doctor and their staff. We would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!”

“Overall it is a nice place to have dinner after a full day of driving. Food is good. Guitar player, tv, and relaxing service. Only problem we had was the entrance was not very friendly meaning it looked like it was closed and no way of knowing if it was opened or not. There were dim lights on that looked like it was kept on just to expose themselves even when they are closed. We figured it was opened due to cars in parking lot.”

“This is the first time I've rented a storage . And it was the best experience.! I have gone to other storages with friends that are not as well kept, that had rat droppings and bugs, i never had a bug and left it was clean no droppings , that was after almost a year. I really appreciated the cleanliness. I always saw them sweeping even washing the pavement. But I was especially amazed at the management they were very professional, helpful and friendly, they always had a smile. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience. “I'm an active person with a regular exercise regimen. While trying to rehab a knee injury, I pulled something in my lower back and tried to ride it out. It didn't work. After going to my primary care physician and trying muscle relaxants, they sent me here, specifically. Not just to a physical therapist, but to Airrosti. In just a few sessions, I went from not being able to run without stabbing pain in my lower back to running, and jumping without pain. Dr. Norris is thoughtful, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. He's also super nice and a good person. He's very good at explaining what he is doing and why as well as providing great instruction for home exercises. He even has videos online. If you have a new injury that needs physical therapy or an old one that you think will never get better, I urge you to give him a try.”
