“The EMT team from Austin Fire Station 43 were absolute superstars taking care of me last week. They arrived promptly and quickly realized there was no way to get their stretcher down our narrow hall. I had reopened a knee replacement surgical site in a fall and there was no way I could walk or hobble my way out of my Office day bed without spilling lots more blood. They quickly turned my Aeron chair into a temporary mobility device and got me to the stretcher. Once in the ambulance they quickly addressed my pain level and cheerfully listened while I babbled about anything to keep my mind off the pain. We are lucky to have such skilled and really nice men and women serving our area. The only issue was going to the Seton Southwest ER...but that particular nightmare was our fault. I promise to bring brownies and some healthy treats br the station once I am mobile again! Also..Jessica I tried to send an email..but it keeps bouncing. Can you find me on LinkedIn? I was replacing old siding and I knew there would be unknown issues when it came down and Mike was prompt and clearly communicated the issue, fix and costs. His team is awesome and they take pride in their work, they don’t rush things and I’ll mention again the attention to detail is fabulous. Like other reviews here, I agree that the original builders were not always precise and Mike and team paid attention to that, straightened things up and made sure the job was done right. “Such a wonderful library! Very sweet and cozy. The ladies are so welcoming and helpful. Despite it's size, do not underestimate! This library packs a wallop of resources and hard-to-find selections. I am a bibliophile and I am right at home. It was clean and super organized. They adhere to the new protocals, so make sure you're masked up when you come in and keep it on the entire time. They offer online story time for the kiddos and an adorable reading nook just for them. All in all, I will spend as much time as I can here. The only con for me is the hours, as they close at 6pm most days and they close on weekends. Other than that, I am so overjoyed and proud of having my library card! Great place overall:)”
