(November 21, 2019, 7:29 pm)Love starting off my day here. Hoping they will have earlier hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays soon. Mario and Angelica are great. They continually encourage me while I am there and are not judgemental when I have trouble doing something. Not every workout place is like that.

(November 15, 2019, 11:59 am)I loved it!!! For me running on a treadmill just isn’t fun..... I love the diversity of the workouts at 9rounds, the music and energy is great! My absolute favorite thing is you can jump in at anytime there is no set class start time like so many other places, which helps this nurse coming from the med center. I took my teenager with me and she also loved it. Lastly, when I’m being lazy I remind myself it’s only 30 minutes lol so make it happen, I go and never regret it. This will not be something I pay for every month and never go, been there done that.
