I contacted Osborne to inspect and offer insight on a foundation issue we recently became aware of while selling our home. I shared what findings I had ahead of our intended appointment. Coby reached out and offered an honest conversation about how he could, and couldn't, help based on what he saw. In the end, we decided to forego the appointment and begin planning for the foundation work immediately. His honesty saved us an expense and demonstrates a lot of integrity in an industry that can easily take advantage of uninformed customers. While I hope we don't need his services in the future, I would be confident reaching out to him again if we do.
