I must have interacted with about 10 staff members by now and they were welcoming, helpful, and straightforward without exception whenever I needed something. Additionally, I hardly ever had to wait long before service which is also nice. Parking is behind the bank which is easily missed when driving down market street. Wheelchair access is to the right of the main entrance.”

“Tyler and Christina at the front desk were amazing. Tyler was very helpful and Christina was so sweet. The only issue we had at all was that we requested housekeeping not stop by the room before we check out, but they did. At least the knocking was a light tapping and not an all out banging. The pool was incredible too! Such a nice pool to swim in. I also was a big fan of the beds. They were very comfortable.”

“Mom has lived here for about 15 months, but only the last 3 months have been under the new ownership of J. and Kate Addis with the name Serenity. The new owners have already incorporated a lot of positive changes and the whole environment there is now much more relaxed and comfortable for both residents and their families. The new owners have listened to our feedback and suggestions and are striving to make living at serenity as pleasant an experience as possible. The home has always been clean and there are no unpleasant odors like you may find in the larger, more institutional type facilities. The home is in a very nice neighborhood, it has a great open floor plan with a very spacious, comfortable living room and a large, family style dinning room table. There is a beautiful back patio where the residents can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The home cooked meals are always good and prepared according to the individual needs of each resident. One of the things we like best is the high caregiver to resident ratio. Since the new owners took over, there have been 5 residents with at least two caregivers each day, and one overnight. There are often nursing students and other helpers there as well. And the new owner is also on site regularly, and sometimes the director is there as well. The caregivers are all kind and seem to enjoy what they do. Often times, the residents are gathered around the table playing bingo, or flashcards, or coloring together. The residents all seem content and well cared for. All in all, I would recommend Serenity Cedar park as a good home for your loved one when living alone is no longer an option.”

“Dr. Turner and his delightful staff have been our family dentists for the last 19 years. When we moved to Cedar Park we had four young children and needed a kid-friendly dentist we could trust. We have never once regretted our choice. Every time we come to the office we are greeted warmly by name, they ask about the family, and I even hear stories about my kids even I had forgotten! That brings up another telling feature of Dr. Turner's practice: the employees stick around, year after year, even retiring there (miss you Barbara!). It says something about the ethics and the man, not to mention the professionalism and commitment to outstanding state-of-the-art care. I can't say enough about Dr. Turner and his wonderful team.”
