We had somewhat of a hard time getting our insurance provider to cover costs of replacing our hailed damaged roof in the beginning, but we really appreciate the honest advice and confidence from Chris and Doug which led to our claim being approved. Also, Lone Star roofing crew installed our new roof in a timely manner, didn’t do any damage, and did a really great job. I really appreciate how they told us ahead of time how to keep certain breakable household items, wall hangings or outdoor items safe during the roof work.”
