(March 18, 2020, 9:17 pm)What makes a gym great are its coaches, programming, and community. Many gyms are good at 1 or 2, few gyms are good at all 3. White Tail is one of the few that has all 3.
The first day I went to White Tail, I was greeted by a few members in the parking lot before I even walked in the door. In my first week, every person I hadn't met introduced themselves to me and welcomed me to the gym. The coaches are great, not only as coaches but also as teachers. White Tail values form over intensity, which is valuable not only in terms of learning, but also for safety and preventing injury. The programming structure is also solid, challenging but scalable to every skill level.
If you're in Cedar Park or Leander and looking for a great spot to get in shape in a comfortable and safe environment, White Tail is your place.
