I left a gym i was an employee of for 5 years and member of for 9 years to build a new home in The Truth. The staff are welcoming and always seem to be having a fun time among themselves & always smiling. Always being greeted. The gym itself is beautiful from the entry seating area to the color choice. It’s ALWAYS immaculate with cleanliness. Also…the lighting in the restroom 🤩
Every machine you need to get in a workout!

❗️SCOTT❗️has trained me a hand full of times and I always think I’m in great shape until he does what you’d want any trainer to do, challenge you. He’s professional and knowledgeable. I’m an ex pro bikini bodybuilder and he trains me in these workouts I’d NEVER think to do and targets the areas I focus on.

Bear and Shadi are two peas in a pod. Positive uplifting vibes! They always have great attitudes and make it a point to say hi to everyone🥰

I want to throw in that I did my very first spin class a few weeks ago and McKenna lead the class. She is AMAZING, always smiling, super positive and makes you feel welcome.

I have a hypothesis that gyms are at their best when they first open. Everything is new and shiny. Over time, quality tends to decline as the cost of maintenance is so high. I've certainly seen this at another "high end" gym at which I was a member.

Well, everything at Truth Family Fitness is definitely new and shiny. The gym has a bias towards free weights (which I prefer), but has a decent number of cardio and weight machines.

Everything is well cared for and very clean. This even includes the floor of the locker room.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. Even with the focus on free weights, there's not the "bro" culture you might see at some places.

We took the tour this morning and we're impressed. We're considering joining. It's smaller than the nearby Gold's Gym but had newer/nicer equipment. It's locker rooms have saunas and they have a recovery room complete with massage chairs and hot and cold tubs. Their family rates are cheaper than Gold's but individual prices are higher.

The gym is across the hall from Chaparral Ice and there are two nearby massage facilities. Numerous other health related businesses are within the building as well.

Overall this is a place I recommend evaluating for your workout needs.

Did my first spin class today at 8am with Tatya. Looking forward to our next class and learning more about spin. My legs and core are feeling the love right now.

Really love this gym. Lots of great equipment and I really like the fact that they have a recovery room. My only disappointment in this facility is the locker rooms are very small so there are only two sinks in the whole locker room to get ready in front of. These are also in front of the toilets, which is okay, but there are only the two sinks total. The only other thing is their lack of morning classes. They don't have any classes that start early for working people. I would really love 5:30 or 6:00 spin class, but their earliest class is at like 8:00 or 9:00. Just not conducive for a working person.
