“Yes sir - this is most definitely the apotheosis of Central Texas BBQ. Based upon my visit, Interstellar truly deserves their 2021Texas Monthly #2 rating. The brisket was just about perfect: moist without falling apart, smokey but not dry, great bark, not fatty at all. Everything I tasted was great (pork belly, ribs) and the generous sides were creative and delicious. The ambiance is nothing fancy, but it's comfortable, very clean, and convenient. “The concern and compassion that the entire staff has is remarkable. I live in Llano and but I visit my sister in Austin weekly. So my vet is in Llano. My point is I am not a regular customer. I have had two "emergencies" in the last 14 months and when I call them they get me in, which is just wonderful. When I had my first emergency other pet clinics / hospitals I called said no can't do it. When I called Avery Ranch they said we will squeeze you in just get here with her! But that was not all. It was just their overall attitude...THEY CARED! The staff there is amazing from Jennifer, to Alex, to the Doctors themselves. When I gave them my little four pound bundle of love I felt it will be okay, they really care and will take care of her. And they did. If I lived here, I would not go anywhere else.....I give them a 10 of 10, hands down.”

“This Domino's Pizza was awesome starting from when I called in my order all the people there was so friendly and nice. The food was hot and fresh and when I came to pick it up I just got a big welcoming hello welcome to Domino's Pizza. EVERYONE seems so excited and it was awesome experience the lady talked to me at the register and we had a nice conversation. As soon as we entered he offered to put both is their refrigerator until after we ate. Then, he cleared a large table and made the cashiers change our table number so we could all sit together inside. He went above and beyond to make it a special birthday at a quick dining restaurant.
