I'd like to talk about when they made a mistake. Human error happens, especially on a really busy night. We realized we had been given the wrong order, called, and ten minutes later we had the corrected order. Ten minutes. No one can beat that. And we don't live that close to the cafe either!”

“My experience at this dental office was awesome! The ladies Sabrina Jennifer, and Marwa were awesome. Dr. Prada was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, DETAILED, and THROUGH with her exam. By far this was the first positive experience I received. I came in frantic because I was late to my appointment and they were really patient and sweet and were able to get me into see the dentist. They use the latest technology at this dentist and this is the first dentist I went to that took the time to understand my dental health, explain the procedures, and took their time on everything! They offer a wide variety of services but I went with just the basic cut. Haircut was on time and I had a great conversation with the stylist. The haircut itself was great! 4 out of 5 because the place could be cleaner. There was still hair from the previous customer on the floor and one of the brushes really needed a cleaning.”

“I have nothing but praises for this vet clinic. Dr. Manor was the doctor who initially helped us diagnose my dog with cancer a few months ago, and I never met her in person because of the restrictions in place at the time, but she was wonderful and so kind on the phone. We found out my dog had cancer and would have a limited time left with us. The time finally came when we had to let him go. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Everyone was so nice to us. We were given our own room and told we could have as much time as we needed. We were walked through the whole process by the staff. Dr. Carter was the vet that was helping us through this process. She was amazing. When the time finally came, she brought our dog a bowl of whipped cream and cheese whiz after we told her it was his favorite treat. We were able to spend time with him afterwards, and no one rushed us. This was my first experience doing this, but my brother-in-law was with me and had done this before and said this was the best experience he'd ever had, as awful as this type of experience goes. If you are looking for a practice to care for you and your pet, I highly recommend you check them out.”
