I called him up about my existing water softener that was suspected to not be working well due to calcium deposits in the water heater. He came by on a Sunday afternoon, double checked all the settings, made some programming updates and tested the water. He concluded all is well, and didn't even ask to be charged a service fee. Settled for a bottle of water :-)”
