“The place is very nice and clean and comes with a free access to the water park. There are lots of things to do in the area and Kara gave us amazing tips. The bungalows are on the hill just across the street from water park and just a 2 minutes walk from the lake. The view is amazing . Kara was an awesome host, and she is always across the street at the water park ready to help. The Beachside Billys restaurant is located very convenient just across the street from the bungalows and their food is delicious. Try their pizza is mouthwatering! My family enjoyed every single moment of our stay and we are already thinking of going back with two other families.”

“It was my first time going there, the gentleman at the front was very nice and extremely helpful with the process of waiver etc. The place was clean and the bathrooms were clean, that is a big one for me. GetAir was closed and XtremeJump is only doing private parties. I was extremely grateful this place was open. With covid going on it's nice to have somewhere to take my kids to expand their energy. “Great place for kids! Had my daughter's birthday party here a couple weeks ago and awesome service. A+ for kids to jump, run and play. Place has giant trampolines with multiple stations for several different age groups, arcade and party area. Loved the attendants at each jump station to ensure kid safety and minimize collisions and chaos. I will be returning and referring family/friends.”

“Visited for the first time on 7/5 with my family. Everyone had a great time! The staff was super friendly and the facility was wonderful with plenty of activities to keep the kiddos entertained. I was shocked and relieved that the staff cleaned/sanitized the entire time we were there. Additionally, there was sanitizer available for guests throughout the building. We never once felt uncomfortable about the cleanliness or our health during our visit. The food was also great! We will definitely be back soon!!!”

“Wow! Nothing but great experiences here!! Very easy location to access, parking lot is large enough for everybody. Purchasing tickets was an easy process, there was a line so it was not really quick for my family and I, but that is understandable. We got items from the gift shop (pair of sandals for a young girl) for under $10, which is astounding for any water park gift shop I have ever been in! When we were buying our tickets we were told that there was a special on for that day, so we saved nearly $50 off the regular admission prices. There is a great selection of thrills and fun here! I personally was not a fan of the two highest slides, but I can see how they would be fun for a wide range of thrill seekers (too much for me!). Both of my children had a blast here! The food we ordered was delicious and reasonably priced, as well as the lockers. Great place to come and play!”

“This place's name is on point, it was epic!! Amazing water park for all ages! I was extremely pleased with the number of lifeguards around, as I was there with small children. You can get some really great shots in even if you aren't doing the up close encounters. They actually do the Encounters in such a way that everyone else can watch which I think is really awesome. There is a little mini aquarium in there as well where you can see the sharks. They have a couple of exotic species of fish that you can view.”

“It was a great adventure for our family. We have never been to a SeaWorld and it did not disappoint. The prices on food were high, which comes with the territory, we just brought some snacks and water bottles to help keep costs down. They do offer a wide selection of foods and drinks including adult beverages. We took the opportunity to watch the Beluga whales and the dolphin show, that was a fun experience. We watched the Orca show also. It was great, we arrived as soon as the gates opened to let people in to sit down. My son was chosen by staff to come upfront and help do some tricks with the animals. Needless to say we were soaked completely through, but it was worth it, he had the experience of a lifetime and really enjoyed it. The rides were fun and enjoyable, and new ones are being constructed. We took the opportunity to feed the sea lions, that was a blast, little disgusting for some with the frozen fish, but so much fun. If you haven't been to a SeaWorld, I would give it a shot. Many similarities to amusement parks, but so many other things to see, learn, and do.”

“Had a walk in party for my daughter at BALAXI and we had so much fun! All the staff was super helpful and polite with us. We had around 14 guests riding go karts at one time and staff never felt overwhelmed. Thank you so much for that it's not easy dealing with so many children at once! “Had my sons birthday party got the biggest pack but not everyone showed so the guy gave me a card for 10 free jumps and that’s not all was allowed to bring fruit trays for my sensitive child and they do all the work for you also before the party about a week before time they called and asked me all the details for the party so that they will be ready and if you have any question as the online person it’s a real life person that will text you I texted at like 10 at night not expecting a real live person to text me back in less then 10 minutes”
