Splash Factory

Address: 601 E Grand Prairie Rd, Grand Prairie, TX 75051, USA

Amusement park

“It's really cheap to get in and a great spot to beat the heat. My kids had a wonderful time splashing around and I didn't have to worry about them drowning. They have shaded picnic tables and some shaded seating areas near the water so you can have a great view of the kids and also cool dow as well.”

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Address: 100 TX-332 West #1432, Lake Jackson, TX 77566, USA

Amusement park

“Totally fun for kids but you need deep pockets especially for a birthday party. They will do everything for you so it's no worries, but it's not cheap. We spent upwards of $600. If it's just for a day play, it's perfectly priced. I mean, keeping kids entertained and pizza and junk food is right there, you can't go wrong. If I have a day where I'm watching over my daughters friend or two or her cousins, we almost always hit this place up. And it's right next to the movies, so hit up a noon movie then straight to Urban Air. Kids are entertained, and my house stays clean ????”

FUN TOWN WATER PARK

Address: 995 Noble Carl Dr, Crystal Beach, TX 77650, USA

“Owner is a very kind older woman who made us feel very welcome. Food prices very reasonable (see pics). Restrooms clean. Park really is for smaller children but enjoyable for adults as well. Two water slides, but one is weight restricted to no more than 200 lbs. Recommend adding shade to lazy river.”

Boomers! Houston

Address: 17190 TX-249, Houston, TX 77064, USA

“Overall enjoyed the experience. Long waiting for go-karts. Batting cages could use better helmets. I want to bring my own helmet, just my recommendation. We had a lot of fun!”

Six Flags Fiesta Texas

Address: 17000 W IH 10, San Antonio, TX 78257, USA

Amusement park

“Amazing park! We had so much fun! I do recommend you planning your trip and adding the fast pass to your tickets. You'll have a lot more fun and it'll be way more worth it. It may seem unnecessary but seriously, lines can be very long, it's such a waste of time. It's better to focus on the fun and pay a little extra. At least for us, it's something we don't get to do very often and getting the fast pass was a great decision. Anyways, some of the restaurants can also be disorganized and messy but it'll be fine. I hope they organize and plan the eating areas better, for the price we payed for food, we were expecting more. They do have a few different options so that's good.”

Balch Springs Water Play Park

The staff is friendly and helpful, the water temperature is perfect, the bathrooms are kept clean, the lifeguards are friendly, and the people who attend and swim with me, for the most part, are positive and friendly. I wouldn't change a thing. I go as often as i can.”

The Cove Aquatic Center at Crawford

Address: 375 S Prairie Creek Rd, Dallas, TX 75217, USA

Amusement park

“I love this place, although there are a lot of people who go here, there is a reason why! Why I love this place is because since I have 2 toddlers, we don’t have to worry about providing their life vest because they have enough for everyone of all ages, they are all about safety and will blow the whistle if they see anyone running and mostly because their toddler water area is safe and easy enough for parents to sit at close distance and their kiddo can play. I love that they have chairs right by this area! For safe viewing and distance! Also you can sit in the water with them! Puts my mind at ease.”

Produce is cheaper than farmers market. Wear comfy walking shoes, the place is huge! Parking is $4, no other fees.”

“So amazing this exists for handicapped ones above all, but great for the rest of the family too. The level of care on the rides for loading and unloading was wonderful, as well as the adult sized changing tables and cleaning areas. It was a joy to be there, so clean and safe, and fun! This should be the gold standard for all to see how to accommodate our friends and family that have limitations Food was reasonable, parking easy. The water park was safe and so nice to cool off in. Will be back!”

Not to mention it's nowhere near as crowded as Hurricane Harbor in Spring. Definitely a recommended spot if you just want to jump in the water and have fun without dealing with lots of other people.”

Trinity Forest Adventure Park

We were a family of 5 and found we only needed a locker to rent. We were enjoying ourselves too much for a table. Although, if we had stayed longer that 3 hours we probably would have. Staff was helpful and friendly, too.”

Pearsall Park Splashpad

Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier

Address: 2501 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77550, USA

Amusement park

“Has a great family environment with some awesome rides! However, the "circus" style games (like ring toss, basketball free throw, or darts, etc)to play are under manned, and need a better change system. For example, if you use cash to play games the workers need to run to find change. However, you can buy tokens to use at the entrance. On the positive side, the prizes are worth the money paid and the rides are amazing. Overall, 4.5 out of 5.0 recommended.”
