“I had some banking issues and went to our local Chase Bank on Horizon Road here in Rockwall. I usually just do drive thru and ATM but this time I had to go in because of my situation. Marsha greeted me at the door. They were super busy but she listened to me explain what was going on patiently. I got a little emotional because I had been waiting on a deposit to hit my account and it was delayed. In the meantime I had automatic drafts coming out leaving me in a terrible spot. She was able to calm me down and assured me everything would be ok. She immediately looked at my account and helped me with a resolution. Marsha is amazing! She was very understanding and professional. I hope she knows and feels how important she is to Chase Bank. During these trying times it is important to know people obviously love what they do and take the time for their customers. The staff was not only extremely friendly but the selection of glasses in store was adequate and I was able to find a pair that suited me. My optician, Fallon, used a few tools to precisely measure where the prescription should be on the glasses I ordered that I had never seen before in 15 years of wearing glasses. She also explained the different options clearly so I could make an educated decision on what type of lense. I walked out with their brand contacts (they are comfy) and glasses on order! I have insurance so it was a good price, however, it looks like they have excellent deals if you are uninsured as well (based on the signage in the store.) I would recommend!”
