I never have to worry about anything as far as money problems there and service is always prompt and excellent. I'd give 10/10 stars if I could but 5 is all that is allowed here. “My wheelchair lift broke and wasn't able to get back on my truck in the Prosperity Bank parking lot. I was out there for about 30 min in the 97 degree heat trying to fix it. One of the Prosperity employees brought me out a large cup of cold water. All the staff members are very nice and have always taken great care of me. I've been with Prosperity Bank for nearly 20 years and love the customer service. I believe it was called Viewpoint Bank when I first opened my account. Thank you.”
