“My experience on today was Excellent!!! I was in and out so fast I couldn't believe it!!!!??Normally, I go to the Bank Of America in Desoto and still be waiting outside just to get inside.?? Then when I get in there it's only 2 tellers they know on the last and first week of the months need more than 2 tellers.?? Talking about social distanceing how if your stuck in there for over 30 minutes or even more.???..However, this location has my 5 starts no waiting outside no long lines inside plus 3 tellers at the window thank you God!! They we're very professional even their security guard very professional. Maybe Desoto needs to come here for training tips on customer service skills and getting banking services support to help our community so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere!!??”
