Kari and Zach (manager) were wonderful in helping me resolve some issues regarding opting out of paper statements, and so I chose to keep the accounts open. (I do hope that the bank changes their policy on auto-enrolling in paper statements and makes that request-only. The reason is that there is a charge for paper statements, as well as for dropping below a certain minimum.) If this is changed & debit cards are issued for free I'll definitely make it 5 stars! I really do appreciate the help today.”
