The woman who called did this maliciously and is now in a Breech of Contract. Didn’t even let me know it was towed. He was the first place I called… however Titan did not pick it up. The phone call could have ended with that…. but instead he went out of his way to locate my property. He didn’t have to. I’m so appreciative of good people left in this world. “I just had one of my better shop experiences here. The mechanic knew his stuff and when I questioned why he thought a perfectly good starter needed replaced he didn't get upset but instead explained what was wrong with it. Im glad I took his advice as my starting problems are gone. He also found an electrical problem the dealership didn't think existed. The dealership told me I had leaking injectors, but he found it was only a check ball. The price was also very good in my opinion, more per hour than the dealership, yet the bill was only a fraction of what dealers tend to charge. This is my go to shop from now on.”

“Went through a car wash a week ago and it took off a windshield wiper. Two days later, it rained. I went straight to Kwik Kar to get new wipers. James helped me and was so personal and wanted to make sure I had something to drink while I waited, made sure I was aware of the cost before he even serviced my car- it was just great, small town service, I felt like. I would definitely go back and for sure want James to work on my car!”

“Had my RIGMASTER APU installed Back in 11/2020. My experience was ok. Why because they installed the unit in the way that is Convenient for them, inside control panel use stick tape keeps coming off had to fixed my self, maybe because wasn't clean with alcohol and the inside outlet they just left long extension hanging. They said they do it so the customer can move it where is need it. Also I believe they should take time to inspect every part they touch make sure is secure, I found the cover box top of generator loose missing screw, was making noise see picture. Now this doesn't mean they do bad work mistakes will happen plus when training someone. They will installed unit in one day. They been in the business for long time. Also they will offer like tech support. they said call them if you have any questions, but is best to call RIGMASTER customer service faster response.”

“This shop really delivers when it comes to paint and body work. I took my vehicle for custom paint and body work and the whole time maintained good communication in order to meet all of my expectations. The shop counts with professional equipment and is well kept, they maintain good quality control and the wait time for my vehicle to be finished wasn't as long as I had predicted. It was all worth the wait. My paint job was very clean, they removed several parts in order to paint the inside lines without any seals or plastic damage. They also performed some electrical work to hook up all of my after market headlights, taillights and more. People ask if I wrapped my vehicle, they don't think that it's actually a paint job since it looks very clean. Their friendly staff makes sure that all of your questions are answered and they track the process to give you updates for your vehicle. I don't really recommend to many places if they really don't do it for me, In my opinion this place is top rated and won't hurt your pocket as bad either. But also keep in mind that custom work can't be super cheap in price either.”
