“We were traveling from Fort Worth to Wichita Falls last Friday and our transmission light came on. We called ahead to a chain auto shop who recommended Superior, so we stopped there. The man at the desk was so helpful and friendly. They didn't have the right fluid to add if it was low transmission fluid, but he offered to check the fluid and see if that was the problem. The fluid was fine so he suggested we take it to a dealership when we could. He refused to take any payment. Happily, after we restarted our car the light was gone and never returned so we figure a glitch. But loved Superior. They were helpful, friendly and honest.
