“I went for a state inspection on a rainy day because I hoped it would not be busy. I was right. They got my inspection done so quickly! What was awesome to me, though, was how they treated ME. While I was locating my insurance info, a guy came out in the rain to tell me to pull up to the bay door. After the inspection, they pulled my car to the front door of the shop. I only had to take four steps in the rain on the way in and two steps on the way out. That was really nice.”
