“Long review alert... I purchased a golf cart from San Marcos Power Sports. The owner gave me a good deal and had the cart delivered to my house within a few days. Long story short, I must have gotten a lemon. Within the first 2 miles parts were flying off, an air intake hose had cracked causing rough engine performance, and other features of the cart were not working. I was disappointed to say the least. I called the owner and he sent his chief mechanic directly to my house to fix the cart. The mechanic had it fixed within about 30 minutes. I was impressed. The next morning, I took my cart for a spin and the same intake hose cracked again. I called the owner and he immediately sent a truck to pick up the unit and offered a full refund. Most stories would end here, but I was so impressed by the owner standing by his product and business that I told him to bring me a new cart as he assured me this was not the norm. Flash forward another week or two and he delivered a new cart, which works flawlessly. Look, these are Chinese goods. They aren't the same as the big name brands, but neither are the prices. Parts are readily available, and they are relatively simple to work on. San Marcos Power Sports has been in business awhile and they didn't get to where they are by mistreating customers. They treat their customers fairly, and offer competitive pricing. They stand by their products and they do the right thing. You don't get that with all the other fly-by-night pop up shops and internet sales. Give San Marcos Power Sports the opportunity to earn your business. I did, and I am glad I took the chance with them. I'll be a returning customer for my future power sport needs.”

“If i had a choice, and I do, between O'Reilly's and Auto Zone, it would be O'Reilly's every time. The majority of the folks that I have dealt with here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have had one ot two that just seemed to be put out by my requests, but they could have just been having a bad day. This last time, I went in to have a check engine light come on and asked of they could test it. The guy agreed and had a code in less than a minute. When he came out and I turned on the vehicle he said it smelled like I was running rich and he eas pretty much right on the money. I asked if we could go in and find out what a new O2 sensor would run me and he gave me a quote, but said it was about the price that a "shop" would charge me. I was a little shocked that he didn't try to sell me the part, but if they didn't want my money I could take it somewhere else.”

“I emailed them for a quote for some easy work and I was out the door for far less than what I was quoted. I tried to make an appointment so I could get in and out as fast as possible but I was told it was "first come first served" over the phone. I showed up right at 8AM and left about 11AM. The other people seemed to have appointments because there were people ahead of me and people showing up at specific times so I am not sure how all that works but I wish I could have made an appointment. Other than that I am very happy with the work and the price. The staff was super nice the waiting room was updated and nice, the bathroom was clean. The young lady at the counter put something on the TV for my 5 year old to watch while we were waiting. All around good experience for a fair price. I definitely would recommend them.”

“All I can say is WOW!!! I bought a black 2010 Lexus IS-350 that was so covered with rock chips that I would never have been happy until the entire car was painted. I got several quotes. I was a little skeptical about going to Maaco but they have been around a long, long time. Once I met with Brice, the General Manager, I was completely comfortable with my decision. He explained everything to me and worked out every little discount he could (this was out of pocket). He showed me their work on other cars. The end result was beautiful. It is not 100% from when the car was brand new but its pretty darn close. I felt like they had treated the car as if it were their own. Now I find myself going out to the garage just to admire the car. I love it and have zero regrets using Maaco. I would use them again without hesitation. UPDATE: 8 months later. The Lexus is still looking fantastic. I took my niece's 22 year old weather-beaten Toyota Echo in to be repainted. Once again Brice, the GM, worked his magic and made me a good deal. It only took a few days and well, I will let the before and after pictures speak for themselves. The car looks like new and we love it. Thanks again to Brice and his team at Maaco.”
