Both the father and son have always explained why work is necessary and allowed me to decide if I could do it then or schedule for a future visit.I have been unable to find as good a place to take my current Honda, as I had with them for so many years. “I have been going to Mr. Patterson for YEARS and he has always been HONEST and FAIR with very reasonable prices. I don’t have any problems with communication, he is very straight forward. However if he does miss my call I understand that he is a ONE MAN SHOW and does it all by himself and my call will be returned later. Or I shoot a text message. I’ve seen Mr. Brandon working on multiple cars at a time, hopping back and forth from one to the other while still performing outstanding customer service as I was coming to get my own vehicle. He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive so you don’t have to come back in 6 months for the same problem!. What I love most about going to his shop is that if there is another problem that needs to be fixed, he will consult that with you, give you the option to want to go ahead and fix it or wait on it depending on the severity. “If you want great quality service, a mechanic that will listen to you and ask questions, give you an upfront estimate then come here! Since 07/2020 my car had been randomly running hot and overheating off and on. My car has been to 3 other shops and none of them thought anything was wrong with my car. After speaking with Jesus and letting him know all the previous repairs I’ve gotten he was able to properly diagnose my car and let me know what needs to be replaced. For a while I had been thinking I was going crazy and that no one was listening to me. I will be dropping my car off for repairs come Wednesday morning.All around me there are shops and one is even around the corner but something in my gut told me to drive a little further up the road and I’m happy I did!”

“You are welcomed as soon as you walk in and really enjoyed the clean facility. They were very calm and listened as I explained the issues I was having with my car. They said no problem, we'll get it checked out and then they even were willing to give me a ride home while my car was getting diagnosed. They called me within an hour to hour and a half and were completely honest with the issue which was way off from what I thought it was, the solution was the two 2 front tires replaced, they gave me a reasonable price, I asked if we could just replace all 4, said no problem and got my car back an hour earlier than expected..all in the same day. “Changed my clutch assembly 2/2021. So far no leaking. Juan is the owner, chill guy. Roberto is the mechanic. This guy does a fantastic job especially for changing the clutch assembly (1 hr or so). $55 labor and whatever the OEM part cost $86. Juan ordered the part I just pay upfront. Oil change, no appointment, first come first serve. $20 labor using my oil & oil filter. They offer other services. I recommended as a go-to auto shop. Hope you two get more businesses this year.”

“I had heard of Conflict Machine over in California before i moved out here to East Texas. Jeremiahs custom parts have a reputation that cannot be ignored. I had a perpetual problem of snapping a headlight mount i was using for a Rifle fairing on my 2005 FXDXi. I had an idea of what to make that would not break.... Then Jeremiah took that idea and ran! An all stainless customer machined and welded up bracket that was exactly what i wanted. But more simple and elegant and effective. He also took care of an oil change and installed an oil cooler while i had the bike there. He did an outstanding job. Oil levels were perfect and i couldn't be happier with the end result. If you need work on your new, old or older Harley this is your guy.”
