We scraped / dented the door, door sill and alloy wheel on our older but low miles Honda Accord. I began with a few $3k+ estimates from larger / national vendors, who wanted to replace everything. I tried Yelp and got a range of estimates from comically low to similar $3k+. American Hail wasn't the cheapest, but very thorough, with a good compromise of what they could repair vs. replace. Carlos and Vanessa were polite, responsive and thorough. The shop is clean and easy to access. Our car was ready when promised and looks as good as new. We have used at least four other Dallas / Plano bodyshops in the last ~10 years. American Hail Specialists is the best we've experienced.”

My car was involved with a front end car crash with major damage to the front. Meet Frank to fix my car. He picked up car from my location and fixed it. Great work and awesome service. Frank was very attentive and thorough. He had no issues explaining the process and giving me different options to choose from. Hope to never need another vehicle restored but if I do, I’ll certainly come back to this shop. Also great communication and updates throughout the process!”
