My 2018 Challenger RT which an inconsiderate driver managed to crease my driver side front quarter and bumper, while we were shopping. Then my wife's 2018 Chrysler 300 Limited that had 2 spots, one small crease and the other a dent. Both cars were treated with kid gloves and returned to us in far less time than we expect. We couldn't believe how good they looked when we got them back. No evidence that there was ever any damage at all. “I ordered an American Built Cowboy front bumper through a 3rd party reseller. After installation, I noticed a small defect and reached out to the reseller. After 3 weeks of no responses I reached out to American Built directly. I immediately received a call from one of their employees wanting to get all of the details. Within an extremely short time they reviewed the photos of the imperfection and agreed to replace the bumper directly. Going from zero response from the vendor to we will make this right by the manufacturer was certainly beneficial, impressive and extremely convenient. American Built quickly built a new bumper, they were sold out at this point, and allowed me to pick it up directly from them. They obviously care about the quality of their products and just as important if not more important, they are willing to stand behind their products and ensure the end customer is pleased with their products. American Built's customer service and products are top notch and I highly recommend them and their products. My only additional advice, order directly from them versus resellers if possible.”

Turns out the alternator I had purchased from Oh, Oh, Oh, O' Riley's was damaged (brand new mind you) and instead of like having us to deal with it, they ordered the replacement one and sent the damaged one back in an effort to not have to keep our car another day. “Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and in good shape with comfortable beds. The included continental breakfast was delicious and consistently great day after day. The pool house is a bit out dated and could use some love but is safe and perfectly usable. As of our visit (Oct 2022) there was some nearby road construction that made getting in and out of a bit of a hassle. The hotel was proactive and let us know about it in advance. This should be finished up in a few months. I would absolutely stay there again.”
