“The factory overhead storage console's door keeper broke on my '05 F150. The door swings down and will not stay shut, this blocks the rear view mirror. I had to visit Rockwall Ford to order the console ($185). Hopefully it'll fit and match the color. We'll see. UPDATE: The overhead storage compartment came in! I was contacted by Rockwall Ford to pick it up. The compartment was the correct color and fits perfectly.”

“One of the best fab shops in Dallas/Fort Worth! Such a humble workforce that knows their craft through and through. Brought a trailer to them that came with my boat. Notice I said “came with” my boat, it wasn’t designed for my boat. Hauled it in to Mike and Clint with the boat loaded as I received it. We immediately identified that the trailer was never intended for the boat that was on it as the bow post was 8-10” too high as well as the bunk boards. Boat was absolutely a bear to haul as it felt like a gorilla strapped to a bar stool. Top heavy, awkward, and incredibly difficult to load. Clint reassured me that it was something they could handle quite easily but there was a lot of work to be done. Mike spent 15 minutes reviewing the project and came up with a game plan. I received my boat/trailer back today and it feels like a brand new rig. Boat sits level and nestled in on the trailer and the boat is supported by extra long bunks to carry the load across the entire trailer. Night and day difference! These guys are top notch and I can’t believe how much work they had and how efficient their shop was. Took about a week to “reset” the entire trailer but well worth it! These guys are definitely specialists when it comes to trailers and I couldn’t be happier with their work! Thank you so much to the Roadmaster team for helping us make our new investment right!”

“OTR driver here who had a breakdown just south of San Antonio TX while loaded up heading to Nevada. I was able to drive to the shop at roughly 830pm. About midnight, I was up running again. However, shortly after I left the facility, the problem still persisted so I went directly back to the shop. The tech maintenance guys continued to work on my truck until 3am when I was finally back up and running and on my way to Nevada. It's not that their mechanics are head and shoulders above anywhere else I've bee, but the fact they worked diligently through the night to get me back on the road before the sun was up. Exceptional company. Very satisfied”

“Exemplary service and experience. Every interaction I had was pleasant and helpful. The owner is a really nice who is honest, transparent and solution-oriented. I took my Polestar 2 here after having a terrible experience elsewhere. I originally took the car to a different body shop , which sent it to its exclusive body work partner . I was told the repair would take 6-8 weeks and didn’t even get an estimate for over a month, which came back dramatically overpriced and caused a stalemate with the claims adjuster. Great Motors charged nearly half of the hourly labor rate and had my Polestar 2 done is just a few weeks. The work was perfect and is guaranteed, which is pretty remarkable considering the owner was upfront about the fact that it would be the shop’s first Polestar (there aren’t any Polestar Certified Collision Centers yet). So I was comfortable working with them and they absolutely exceeded expectations.”
